Twice a year, we at CAD Partner come together with our sister companies Solid System Team and Smap3D for our company meeting week at our group headquarters in Nittendorf near Regensburg, Germany. This August, we were also pleased to welcome several new colleagues in person together.
The week creates an opportunity to look beyond individual companies and departments and learn more about the projects and topics currently shaping our group. Colleagues from different areas shared new developments, reference projects as well as insights from their areas of expertise. Artificial intelligence and its growing relevance for our industry was also discussed from a variety of perspectives.
Bringing together the different perspectives and knowledge from all three companies is one of the aspects that makes our company meeting week particularly valuable.
The program also included a look at the further development of our company group. Our management team reviewed the results from the first half of the year and outlined the priorities and objectives for the weeks and months ahead.
And, of course, spending time together was just as much a part of the week as the professional exchange. Go-karting, climbing at a high ropes course, an escape room challenge and dinner together gave us many opportunities to connect outside our usual working environment.
A varied week that once again demonstrated how personal exchange, shared knowledge and shared experiences bring three companies together as one team.
