Company Meeting 01/2026: Focus on Growth, Innovation, and Team Spirit

Written by Katrin Ehrenleitner | March 18, 2026

Our biannual company week brings the teams from CAD Partner, Smap3D, and Solid System Team together in person. The focus is on collaboration, generating new ideas for our software, and the strategic development of the group.

Twice a year, the teams from our group of companies meet at our headquarters in Nittendorf—as a deliberate counterbalance to the digital, remote collaboration that characterizes our day-to-day work. Last week, colleagues from CAD Partner and our sister companies Solid System Team (SST) and Smap3D took this opportunity to connect in person, learn from one another, and discuss important topics.

Positive business performance and new project initiatives

The current business performance confirms that we are on the right track: all three companies in the group increased their revenue compared to the previous year. This growth is based on close collaboration among the teams and a clear strategic focus.
The CAD Partner Team also made intensive use of the time together to discuss ongoing projects as well as those planned for 2026. Concrete solutions for customers were presented, and insights were shared into the latest technological advancements in BOM Studio and PDM Studio. A key component of the week was also the expansion of expertise and knowledge exchange between departments. In workshops and training sessions, experiences from projects were shared, expertise was deepened, and new ideas were developed.

A Team Culture in Action

At the same time, the meeting provided the perfect setting to welcome new employees in person: Twelve colleagues have joined the group over the past few months. Direct interaction makes it easier for them to settle in and fosters networking within the organization.
Long-standing team members were also recognized: Tim Frie (Sales Manager EMEA at Smap3D) and Tim Dornbusch (Head of Key Account Management at SST) have been part of the group for ten years. IT specialist Andreas Knott also celebrated a special milestone: 25 years with the companies.
The week concluded with a joint evening in a relaxed atmosphere that provided an opportunity for personal conversations. With new momentum, strengthened cohesion, and clear goals, the group is starting the coming months with renewed motivation.
